Private Sessions

What to expect during a Session

This is an educational process - the focus of the education is you and how you might improve your quality of life. A private session can enhance learning and performance skills, alleviate stress, eliminate physical dysfunction due to blocked energy, facilitate emotional balance, and transform limiting beliefs systems that are outside of our conscious awareness.

During a session, clients are fully clothed and seated in a chair. There is very little physical contact other than the kinesiology muscle testing to be used throughout the session as a bio-feedback indicator. Muscle testing consists of extending either arm and having me press gently on your forearm just above your wrist to identify strong and weak resonate responses. I will explain the meaning of the responses along the way.

The first step is called a clearing and is done to ensure the clearest possible feedback from the muscle responses. Muscle testing is used to check either verbally or through simple movements, seven parameters:
  • energy flow
  • polarity
  • superficial test of the energy field
  • superficial test for sub-clinical hydration
  • presence in the moment
  • yes and no indicator responses
  • the ability to stay centered

Next, a goal is identified for the session based upon what you want, then through structured dialogue combined with muscle testing, the limitations that block you from manifesting your goal are identified. Muscle testing is then used to determine the best energy balancing process for you. I primarily use energy balances from the Transformational Kinesiology (TK)™  repertoire (please see www.TK-USA.com for more information about Transformational KInesiology.

Each balance is different and is uniquely suited to your needs. A balance may involve visualization, movement, sound, color, fragrance, meditation, acupressure, or a combination of such tools depending upon your particular situation. Once the balance is complete, the previously identified blockages are rechecked and through a process of "reprogramming," the old limiting beliefs are replaced with what you have consciously chosen for yourself.

Since most of our self-sabotaging mechanisms were not intentionally chosen, in this portion of the balance process, you are able to consciously re-create yourself; you are able to gain insights from your past experiences, think differently, and feel empowered.

After a session people generally feel uplifted, alert, energized, inspired, and dynamically peaceful. Each session is complete in itself, although a series of sessions is most beneficial and strongly recommended.

Over the years, it has been my experience that the best results come when clients commit to a minimum of 4 sessions. These are scheduled approximately 4 weeks apart to allow time to process and apply the information gleaned from each of the previous sessions.

The importance of a conscious life…….
If the person has no dynamic directive within his own nature, if he is a piece of driftwood floating on the ocean of life, then his future rests very largely with the currents in the ocean, the waves of the sea, the effect of the tides.
If, however, the individual is an alert pilot, able to steer and guide his life as he would a good, seaworthy ship, the tendency to drift is greatly reduced.
The only time the person is likely to drift under such conditions is in a heavy fog, and many a ship has gone aground under such circumstances.
The person may be wrong sometime, but not as frequently as when his whole life is adrift in the midst of the unknown.
